Late week update

So, only one person has shared a poem. Whats with that? I have been reading a lot of poetry, but my attempts to memorize have almost all failed. But I would like more input from you the viewer. Have you memorized any poems? Whitman, Byron, Millay, Suess? And if you have any suggestions of what you would like to see in coming weeks I would like to hear it. If you are not too crazy, then I'll do it.

I just made a bracelet and took a pen like manga artists use and wrote all of the text for "The Road not Taken" on the beads. I think I'll do more like this. Want to read a poem that will knock your socks off-Google "I go back to May 1937" by Sharon Olds. Though I dearly love Emily Dickinson. Some other poets I'd like to suggest: Marge Piercy, Adrienne Rich...want a reading list for a poetry week? As to memorized poems-don't get me started-you know I can recite all day.

I thought of some things you could do! You could watch what are considered the best movies from a genre you aren't usually a fan of. The same goes for books of genres you aren't into. You could try burlesque dancing (If I was coordinated in that way, I'd totally try it. As it is, I'd probably just fall down a lot). And I'm intrigued by glamor girl week. It sounds like fun.
